Information We Collect

RadDx may process report text you submit, technical request metadata (such as timestamps and request diagnostics), and usage events needed to operate and improve service reliability.

How Information Is Used

Submitted report text is used to generate educational interpretations, structured extraction outputs, and safety/risk context. Operational metadata is used for reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Data Storage

RadDx stores only the minimum information required for operation. Certain data may be retained temporarily for processing, quality monitoring, and security controls. Local browser storage may also be used for session-level features (for example, recent results).

Cookies

RadDx may use essential cookies for authentication/session management and basic security controls. These cookies are used to keep the product functional and are not intended for behavioral advertising.

User Responsibility (do not submit PHI)

Do not submit personally identifiable health information (PHI), including names, MRNs, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth. You remain responsible for the content you provide.
