User Responsibilities (no PHI)
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload or paste personally identifiable health information (PHI), including names, medical record numbers, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth.
Intellectual Property
All RadDx software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted text) are owned by RadDx or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
